Welcome to Gujarati Scalper! By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access

• Course materials (live or recorded) are meant for individual use only.

• Sharing of content, login credentials, or video recordings is strictly prohibited.

2. Delivery Format

• Courses are available in online, offline, or live market training formats.

• Language of instruction can be Gujarati, Hindi, or English, depending on batch selection.

3. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in all live sessions.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from sessions without refund.

4. Mentorship & Support

• 1-on-1 mentorship (if opted) will be scheduled separately via mutual agreement.

• Lifetime access to support groups (Telegram/WhatsApp) is included for select courses.

5. Schedule & Rescheduling

• Batch timings are pre-decided. In case of absence, recorded sessions (if provided) may be shared.

• Rescheduling or batch transfer requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content is copyrighted. Reproduction, sharing, or reselling without permission will lead to legal action.
